G. 25.  SAMUEL ALLEN, about 1800, sold to Moses Scott a tract of land containing 400 acres (location not stated but was not in this county -- probably in Virginia) in which was seized in right of his wife Mary who is now dead.  The said Mary not having relinquished her right the tract will descend to the children of the said Mary on the death of Samuel Allen, so for love and affection we bear toward our parents we release by quitclaim.  William M.
