Mil:  Turned out at Lexington Alarm.
ISHAM, John, born Colchester May 5, 1828.
Md. (1) Nov. 7, 1764, Eunice Baldwin, d/o Thomas & Anna (Bingham) Baldwin
Md. (2) ca. 1795 Mrs. Prudence (Robbins) Loomis, d/o William & Rebecca (Miller) Robbins.
Children:  Susannah 1765; Eunice 1767; Jirah 1769; Lydia 1771; John 1774; Lydia 1776; Jirah 1778
Mil:  He was enrolled in the parish militia at age 16.  On May 1770  he became 2nd Lieut. parish militia at age 16.  On May 1770 he became 2nd Lieut. of 9th Co., 12th Regt., militia.  Responded to Lexington Alarm for 22 days.  Transferred to 8th Co., 2nd Regt. Militia, Jun. 1776 became Capt. of 8th Co., under John Chester.  As a Lieut. in battle of L.I. in retreat he narrowly escaped capture.  He served at White Plains, N.Y. as Capt.
BIGELOW, Elihu, born 1761; died Feb. 8, 1786
Mil: Served with Lieut. Dudley Wright's Co.
CONE, Cephas, born 1757; died Feb. 27, 1834.
