In Probate April Term, A. D. 1905

     PERSONALLY APPEARED, in open Court Wade H. Ownby one of the subscribing witness to the annexed instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of William T. Havenar late of said County, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, do depose and say, each for himself, that he was present and saw the said William T. Havenar sign said will in his presence, and that he believes that the said testats was of sound mind and memory, of lawful age, and under no constraint when he signed said will.

Last Will of William T. Havenar

I, William T. Havenor of La Place, Illinois, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, both real and personal of which I may divsized and possessed or to which I may be justly intitled at the time of my decease, I devise and bequeath and dispose in the following manner to-wit:
First: - My will that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by myexecutor hereinafter named be paid out of my estate so soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.
Second: - After my death it is my will that my residence consisting of lots Two and Three and buildings thereon in Block Twelve in the Town of La Place, Illinois shall be reduced to money by my executor at either private or public sale and on such terms as he may deem best from the proceeds of such sale after all expenses have been paid said executor shall pay Two hundred Dollars to my wife, Susanna Matilda Havenar, and Two hundred Dollars to my daughter, Sarah J. Matison.  The balance of the proceeds of such sale of the real estate above described shall be equally divided among my children.
Third: - I give and bequeath to my oldest son, James Havenar, One Dollar.  To my daughter Anna S. Winnings, One Dollar; To my son William E. Havenar, One Dollar; To my son Charles Havenar, One Dollar; and to my step-daughter Halia Caldwell, One hundred Dollars.
Fourth: - I give and bequeath to my wife, Susanna Matilda Havenar, all of my household property.
Fifth: - As to the balance and the residue of my estate, it is my will that the same shall be equally divided between my son, John V. Havenar and my daughter Sarah Matison.
Lastly
:  I make, constitute and appoint D. B. Espy to be the executor of this my last will and testament.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my nad and seal this 3rd of November A. D. 1903.

     This is to certify that the foregoing instrument, consisting of two pages was, at the date thereof, signed, publshed and declared by William T. Havenor, the Testator, as his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
