The End to a Daviess County Pioneer
GALLATIN, Mo. Dec. 4 - Joseph Whitt, a
pioneer citizen of Daviess county, died of heart
disease at his home five miles southwest of Gallatin
this morning. He was born in Kentucky in 1843
and traveled over the plains in the early days.
Most of his life was spent in Daviess County. |
