MAN MARRIED SISTER, COURT ACTION ALLEGES
Anderson, Ind., April 8, - That Charles Zinn,
under the assumed name of Charles Snell, courted and
married his sister, Ethel Zinn, aged 18, was alleged in a
suit brought in the circuit court to have the marriage declared
void.
Owing to the death of the mother the two children
became separated in childhood. Zinn at the time of
the marriage, it is said, knew that she was his sister, although
she did not know so.
Zinn disappeared and went to Louisville, Ky.,
where, it is said, he married a second wife. He is now in
the Kentucky state prison. |
