Dated: Fourth Month 1st, 1839 SamuelLloyd, a prominent member of the
Society of Friends, residing at Birmingham, England, has lately been
baptized. He is brother-in-law to IsaacBraithwaite,
who, with Anna his wife, made a visit to Friends in this
country a few years since.
