the consolidation; was one of the organizers of the
First National Bank, and has been a Director ever
since; ahs also held office of Mayor, and a Trustee
of Monmouth College; he married Mary E. Elliott
in 1852; she was the daughter of Rev. Joseph
Elliott, and was born in New York in 1830, has
four children. |

Co., Penn., Aug. 28, 1823; held the offices of
