THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW York, by the
grace of God free and independent, to Alexander
Jarvis, Edmund L. Jarvis and Albert H.
Jarvis.
Whereas, Sarah A. Jarvis, of the city of Rochester,
N. Y., has lately applied to our surrogate of our county
of Wayne, for proof of the will of Maria A. Banks
late of Palmyra, in said county, deceased, which relates
to both real and personal estate; therefore, you and
each of you are cited and required to appear at the
office of the said surrogate in the village of Newark,
to said county, on the 24d day of May, 1870, at 1
o'clock in the afternoon of said day, to attend the
probate of said will.
In testimony where of, we have caused the seal of
office of our said surrogate to be hereto affixed.
Witness, L. M. Norton, surrogate of the county of
Wayne, at the surrogate's office in said county, the
28th day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy.
