ANDREW
WADE, a citizen of Elizabethtown, was elected a
member of the Legislature in the year 1849.

ASAHEL
WALKER, of Sadsbury township, was born at the Valley
Forge, in the year 1746. He was the son of Isaac,
and the grandson of Lewis Walker, who emigrated from
the principality of Wales, about the year 1700, and
purchased a large tract of land from William Penn at
the Valley Forge, where, it was said, William Penn
visited him the following year. He erected a
commodious stone edifice thereon, at which a meeting of the
society of MORE TO COME....
